Kage - 1 Custom Jutsu of S Rank.
Custom Jutsus are supposed to be your aces in the hole kind of techniques at the early start. Of course, later on, you can learn even more powerful techniques. Learning Jutsus has no Rank limitations, Genin can learn S-Ranked techniques. | |
