Jutsu Name: Kashokugen Rank: D Element: N/A Range: However far user can see normally Type: Doujutsu Handseals None Description: An inherent ability of the Akiha, one every child is born with. Utilizing a much better version of infrared, the Kashokugen ninja is able to shift their sight to sense heat rather than objects. This is very useful both at night and during the day because it renders body replacement techniques and genjutsu less effective (no body heat, won’t show up), also helpful during infiltration and for scouting. While this is automatic to the Kashokugen wielder, the sensitivity to heat (how much it will actually show up) depends on how skilled the user is.
Name: Fire: Enhancer Technique Rank: D Element/'s: Fire Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: Tora, Usagi, tatsu, uma Description: Performed right before a jutsu, this increases the strength of the next katon based jutsu. Most users are able to increase the strength of the next jutsu by about a rank (D to C, C to D, etc.), Jounin and ANBU are able to push their lower rank jutsu up two ranks depending on how much chakra they expend on this (D-B usually, C-A if they pour chakra into it, and A-S if they go all out). For use with already high ranked jutsu (B+) the chakra needed to increase the rank of the already powerful jutsu is quite a bit and expending this amount is dangerous, therefore is used as out of desperation. Most S rank shinobi don't really need this because they have more powerful attacks at their disposal but can use it to boost an attack and the same rules would apply as to Jounin or ANBU. This must be performed right before the jutsu the user wants to increase. While this may be used by anyone with fire affinity, it works best with the Akiha clan because it takes heat from the body and if there is not enough chakra to keep the body sufficiently heated until it heats up again naturally, or if the user is unable to manipulate their chakra this way, it can become dangerous if used too often or in the wrong circumstance. Only works on fire jutsu, whether clan related or not.
Name: Burning Touch Technique Rank: B Element/'s: Fire Range: N/A it is touch based. So I guess 0 meters. Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: Tora Description: More of a defensive ability, it is perfect for close contact fighting. Once the seal is made to focus chakra, the skin of the user’s hands become enveloped in flame. While not at all an inconvenience to the ninja using this jutsu, anyone coming into contact with these hands will be seriously burnt. The degree of the burn depends on how long the contact is sustained. This would last for awhile since it’s just the hands aflame unless the fire is put out with water jutsu (not ice, ice affects temperature and the temp of this fire is fueled by the user), about three turns for Hara, four or five for Katou, five or six for Hiten.
Name: Blood Reaction Technique Rank: B Element/'s: Fire Range: Varies. User must be in control range. 0-50m Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: tora, inu, ne, ushi Description: To use this jutsu, one would have to use an injury that's already bleeding or injure themselves to get the blood needed. Then they would throw droplets at, or smear it onto whomever or whatever they want. Even if the opponent got the Akiha’s blood on themselves accidentally, with the Chi Gyakusayou, it combusts. Wherever the blood is, it will burst into flame when this jutsu is used and is put out only when the blood has been burnt away or removed. If the blood is on clothing this makes it slightly more difficult for the victim as the fire will spread over cloth as is normal for fire to do.
Name: Fire Whip Technique Rank: C Element/'s: Fire Range: 1-5 meters Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: tora, mi, I, saru Description: A jutsu in which the fists are put together after using the necessary hand seals and pulled away from eachother forming a tapering string of chakra infused fire. The hand holding the thickest end is then jerked, severing the connection to the other hand resulting in a long whip of fire ready to be used against the enemy. This whip will hold up its shape as long as the user feeds their chakra into it and is able to control it. The range depends on how long the whip is made, it would be different each time. To first use this jutsu would be the cost of a C rank, every turn after that would be about the cost of an E rank to keep the chakra going into the whip.
Name: Fire Arrow Technique Rank: B Element/'s: Fire Range: Depends on user’s skill with a bow and range of bloodline control. Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: tora, tori, u Description: After firing off a series of hand seals, the Kashogan adept will let their hands burst into flames, fire consuming them as the Chakra-fed fire can be formed to the user’s will. This particular Jutsu has the Akiha ninja use the bloodline limit to create a normal sized arrow of fire that can be pulled back like it was prepped in a bow, the user releasing it as the weapon flies toward the enemy. The target can be as far as the level at which the user is will allow them to keep the fire burning with Kashogen. Otherwise the arrow would dissipate. A full through and through or a wicked burn on their flesh is to be expected as the distance effects the outcome.
Name: Foxfire Technique Rank: A Element/'s: Fire Range: 0-50 meters. User must be in control range. Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: tora, hitsuji, tatsu Description: After the correct seals are used, the Kashogan uses a basic application of their bloodline. Igniting their hands on fire, the ninja will expand the flames into a swirling sphere of heat. If fighting in close range, the user can shove the fireball into an enemy or, if at longer range, shoot it off like a projectile. The practice of this Jutsu is basic and elementary, though practice and experience will allow the Akiha to enlarge the fireball or use it in a multitude of ways as opposed to a strict projectile or a desperate melee strike.
Name: Forest of the Sacred Flame Technique Rank: A Element/'s: Fire Range: 0-50 m. User must be in control range. Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: tora, tatsu, tori Description: In the heat of battle, the Akiha will shower the enemy with a storm of as many senbon as they are normally able to throw at once, something simple and easily dodged, but a twist seems to always ruin that course of action. Having performed the seals, the senbon aren’t necessarily meant to hit the enemy, at least the Akiha isn’t seriously counting on it and instead rely on them striking the ground. Once the needles have landed, columns of fire burst from the weapons and blaze angrily upward in little pillars. These mini pillars of fire stand as high as the Kashogan user can control them and only about 3 to 5 inches in diameter. Obviously dodging and jumping over the senbon would be a bad idea if one didn’t want to be cooked alive. If the user sends these flaming senbon out and retreats, the fires will only last as long as the user is in control range.
Name: Heat Seeking River Technique Rank: S Element/'s: Fire Range: 0-50 meters. User must be in control range. Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: Tora, Mi, Ne, Hitsuji Description: A rather impressive technique of the Akiha, the users will perform the correct seals for this particular Jutsu and slap the ground with Chakra charged hands. The result is a path of fire rolling underground towards the closest heat source of the enemy, the earth barely restraining the explosive force and building heat as it travels towards the unsuspecting victim. Upon contact, the ground will burst with the focused combustion that hopefully kills or at least severely burns the target. Very similar to a mine, only it is heat seeking.
Name: Pillar of Flame Technique Rank: S Element/'s: Fire Range: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Hand seals: Tora Description: User makes the same hand seals as in the burning touch and instead of the skin just getting hot enough to burn their opponent, the user will feed their chakra into the jutsu until their skin is so hot it combusts. Any substance within 6 inches of the user’s skin will burst into flames from the heat and the user can control the flame of their own body to flare out up to 7m if the user it extremely skilled, but generally around 4m. At this temperature the user is able to melt some metals and heat others to be able to bend them and render them useless on contact if desired. This is very dangerous to the user if used too often, if they are tired, or if they are older as the imperviousness of the skin to fire is lessened. For hara this would last for two turns, for katou three, and for hiten about four. Again, this type of fire is not put out by ice, only water.

If the Serpent is defeated, his sword explodes releasing all those souls, bringing those he killed recently back to life. Roaring Flame Dome - A variation of roaring flame sphere, instead of creating the sphere, he summons it around him, a death move, incompassing a 50 foot radius, incinerating it into ash. Unique Trait - Immense Fire - All katon moves used against him must be of A rank or higher, otherwise he will just absorb them, gaining there chakra. Unique Specialty - Kenjutsu God - Similar to the gates, the Serpent can transend the realm of possibilities, giving himself roughly equal to the 4th gate, for 15 posts. Once these 15 posts are up, he dies, unless his sword kills someone and feasts on there soul. Unique Bonus - Everyone who killed him/present has there katon element changed to green fire (IF they have the katon element) | |
